The wait time in this place normally gets close to an hour so your best bet is to get there right when they open.

Wait wasnt as long as i expected. 4 people in front of me and it took a little over 15 mins for me to get to someone. The lady that helped me was very nice and courteous.
I refuse to give them 4 stars because well… its comcast. They’ll eventually do something that will eff things up!

Comcast is constantly lying to us. I am so over my service being messed with in the internet usage constantly and costing more money than what any of this is worth. This is one of the poorest companies in the quality of their product I have ever had to deal with. I hate this company with a passion.
