Had to return something this morning back to QVC. And while i was oit in Grayson, i stopped by the Grayson UPS store. And let me tell you the ever so pleasant Southern bell help me at the counter. I didn’t get her name, but she was a delight. This stores hospitality is something straight out of an Andy Griffin’s show (not to be funny) but the warm welcome she gave off was something nice. Especially in the morning time.

Mike, the owner, packed a delicate and expensive grouping of computer equipment to be shipped to my boss in San Diego (I buy Cisco and Juniper gear plus brokering real estate plus selling notebooks) for inspection. Mike was friendly as usual and he took his time wrapping the gear in bubble wrap and making sure that the contents were secure. And, it was only $ 15 and change.
My boss told me that the package arrived in good order. Thanks to Mike and his staff for good service.

Redwood City, CA
I went here to get a form that three other UPS store were out of. I was helped by a cheerful staff and I was able to get my errand taken care of quite quickly. The only thing that sucked is that I had to scramble for change as they don’t accept credit card payments for anything less than $ 5.
