Just came here for the first time and I loved it here, staffs are amazing! Very relaxing and comfortable.

They never take you at the time scheduled. Expect at least a15−25 minute wait.
Not worth it.

I just left — very happy with the service. I got the herbal pedicure and a french gel manicure from one of the ladies. She spent a ton of time with me and the lines on the French are some of the best I’ve ever had and I’m very particular about that. All of the folks working there today seemed to be very thorough and attentive to their clients’ needs. I’ve gotten manicures in almost all 50 states and many other countries and this is in the top five for thoroughness, technique, and pleasant overall experience.

First time in my life I have ever had a manicure and then gone home and frantically searched for anything to cut and file my nails down with myself. Really, I just cut three of my nails.
I didn’t even want polish (the easiest manicure of the day!), just a simple manicure, clean up the cuticles a bit, and what I left with were 10 nails that had been previously nicely-​shaped but are now creepy long ovals and not even all in the same direction. Some are filed to the left, some to the right… weird. Creepy.
Then the man who was doing my nails asked me something, and I was embarrassed that I didn’t quite understand him (it was during the hand massage), so I nodded. Next thing I knew he was buffing my nails (OK, they are shiny) which I guess meant I agreed to pay $ 5 more? Wow. 10 shiny vampire-​esque nails.
Just cut three, filed them waaaay down (which I could have done myself at the beginning, I suppose) and will see my regular manicurist on Newbury St in Boston in a few days to fix the whole thing.

Nice, clean, open space with lots of natural light. Chairs and equipment all relatively new and in good shape. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
I paid $ 40 for a standard mani pedi. Definitely recommend an appointment.
Wish there were more nail colors! Overall a pretty limited selection. But they really took their time and did a nice job.
FYI they only have UV dryers even if you don’t get gel.

What a bitchy place but a good manicure.

Tracy and her team are fantastic. I have been there for manis, pedis and waxing. Great service and very pleasant atmosphere.
