Braum’s

The food is always very good at this Braum’s and the service is also excellent.

Every time I come here the service is awful. Furthermore, it seems that the management is usually the ones that are most rude.
I came in a few months ago and the assistant manager was working that night. There was quite the substantial line but she was too busy walking around and complaining to take anyone else’s order– she was taking one order every five minutes or so. I walked out that night.
This morning when I came in fortunately there was little wait, however the person who took my order was again rude.
The food is delicious and a good value but the staff here don’t seem to understand what the point of their job is. When I received my breakfast burrito it was made hastily– it seemed to have sections of products instead of being a uniform mixture. A good inch and a half of my burrito was nothing but jalapeños. I ended up dismantling the burrito into the top of my biscuits and gravy container and just ate it with a fork.
Every once in a while I decide to try this particular Braum’s again, then immediately remember why I haven’t eaten here in a while. Hopefully this time I remember and don’t return to this location.

We go to a lot of Braum’s and this is one of our favorite locations. The service always seems to be quick (which can be an issue at Braum’s) and the food is always really, really good.
