Marat saved the day. I had around 150 records to be shipped (along with a suitcase) and I was met with a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention helpful! Would recommend.

I usually don’t write reviews, however, this time I wanted to say thank you to Great Falls’s UPS friendly staff. Having a mailbox at The UPS Store made our business life much easier, in addition to all the extra services they have, they also offer ²⁴⁄₇ access to all mailbox holders. Highly recommend!

Fast, efficient, friendly. On my way through town, I brought in a couple of souvenir mugs to box up and send. I expected a high price, given the location. They arrived well-packed, and the staff found a less-expensive way to ship it and still get it there on time.

Awesome customer service. I stopped in Saturday with a pre-paid return. Even though the store wasn’t officially open, the owners (both of them were there getting ready for the grand opening) offered to hold the package and ship it on Monday. They couldn’t have been more helpful and I appreciated them accepting the package even though they weren’t open yet.
Thanks for helping me out guys. I’ll definitely be back.
