Dr. Cafferty is a pretty good Doc… in all honesty. The problem is that you will need to dedicate 2 to 4 hours of your time to see him. 2 hours if you are really lucky (and I mean lucky). I have been the first patient of the day and still spent 2 ½ hours there. That is unsat by any standard.
Waiting for a call back after they get back blood test results? Good luck with this as well. I heard the clinic in San Souci gets back results in about 3 days flat. I caught swine flu last year from coworkers and it took three weeks for blood test results and I had to call to check. The staff is just not up to par. Patient care is not their top priority.
3 ½ stars for the doc and 1 for the staff.
I am now in search for another doc and office.
