Great Neck, NY

Worst place ever… very poor customer service. They advertise that they are open till 10PM get there at 8:56pm the lights are on and I walk in the kid behind the counter days were closed … I say you guys are open till 10 … He says «said who» … I say the sign on the door… he says «to bad it’s winter» and makes me leave… I was there for a pre-made cake, the sale would have taken 30 second… I’ll never go back

Better now that has new owners. Brighter and seems open later. But could use more comfortable seating. Also, owner has ‘wash hands after using toilet’ sign on wall right behind ice cream counter. Also, thoughtless. No holder for ice cream cones. You hold it or owner holds it while you pay.
The ice cream is really good but expensive now!

If I could give more than five stars I would! After the owner changed this is a better place. This is really good ice cream here.

If I could give negative stars for customer service I would! The owner is so mean and knows nothing about customer service. Sometimes I drive by and the store is closed before their posted hours. He refuses to make fresh made brown bonnet (dipped cones). Unfortunately, they have the monopoly on carvel and the ice cream is delicious. Did I mention how not nice the owner is???
