Horrible owners and horrible flowers! My father sent flowers to me for my birthday on Tuesday night. The unopened ones never opened and by Friday everything was just about dead. I called first thing Saturday morning because they were closed Friday when I came home from work and all the owner did was yell and then she hung up on me. She was screaming I should have called within 2 days, but the truth is that I thought they would still open on the third day instead of die. Any reputable florist would be willing to see that there was obviously a problem and bring fresh ones. My friends gave me ones from the Stop and Shop the same night and they still look as fresh as when I received them. Stay away from these people!!! If there is a way to add a photo I will. I would have given no stars, but would not allow the post without choosing one star.

I come here all the time and they never fail to disappoint! I love the arrangement the owner has done and she is truly amazing. I will definitely be ordering from them for a very long time. Thank you so much great neck florist!

A very nice experience!
After doing a bit of research, I selected Great Neck Florist for a few boutonnieres and wristlets. Boutonnieres were $ 15 and the wristlets were $ 25 – good prices compared to the other prices I found.
I was very specific when I placed my order and Great Neck Florist created the flowers exactly to my specifications. I was a bit surprised when I saw the ribbon used was crystalline; I assumed they would’ve been satin or have a satin-like finish… guess I needed to be specific about that.
The phalaenopsis orchids Great Neck Florist supplied were lovely and smelled nice though I thought they would’ve been a bit whiter. As the flowers had 3 petals each, one of them lost its petal – I was a bit surprised since the flowers weren’t being thrown about.
The shop itself didn’t have a lot of flowers in stock, but those that they did have were beautiful.
