The wait to get an appointment was about 2 months, and the waiting room time was about 2 hours, but it was worth it. Dr. Krauss is a rare kind of doctor – one who is absolutely brilliant, yet not arrogant. The man is down-​to-​earth and has great bedside manner. My mom had been so nervous about seeing him for her knees and he put her at ease right away. She is scheduled to have a double knee replacement this December, and I will update my review after she recovers. But for now, Dr. Krauss gave us such a good impression and instilled faith in us that he is the best at what he does. His staff was also top notch, from the physician’s assistant, to the medical assistant, to the scheduling manager, to the front desk staff – who brought out a basket of granola bars and 100-​calorie snack bags for us to much on in the waiting room.
