Hillsborough Title

If I could give this location, and the Closer Nicole, a ZERO, I would. We closed a month ago & I am still steamed at how difficult Nicole made the entire process… I was a cash Buyer re-​locating front other state. I am also a seasoned real estate professional in that state, so, I am aware of what is expected of the escrow & title company… I won’t bore you with ALL issues, because there were MANY… her work was sloppy and NOT ONCE during the entire escrow process did she initiate ANY communication with me.
I am becoming licensed in Florida and can honestly say that I will NEVER WORK with Nicole at Hillsborough Title in Sun City Center!

Just had my first closing at this location and I was very impressed. The staff is quick and efficient and very willing to do what ever it took to help my buyers out for closing on their first home. They were even willing to receive the loan package later in the day, stay late, and get the closing done because the buyers’ lender was delayed. The closer, Christine, was very patient and went over everything in the closing documents and answered any questions my buyers had. I have worked with Hillsborough Title for a long time and I know they are a top notch company. Their job is one of the most important parts of selling or buying a home and some people think just using anyone would be okay. Well, I am in this business and have worked with many title companies. Trust me… not all title companies are the same. I highly recommend Hillsborough Title which ever location you choose.
