A Clean Sweep

If I could give them no stars, I would. They came to inspect and sweep our chimney in September, and told us that our wood stove and chimney were in satisfactory condition and safe to burn. In December, we had a chimney fire in our house. Upon further inspection, some of the vents were not connected properly, and the entire chimney was rusted out. Not really my idea of satisfactory.
When I called to bring to their attention, the «certified chimney sweep» who inspected our chimney was extremely condescending and rude from the start. He told me that I shouldn’t be calling, but that my husband should (super misogynistic)! He kept telling me that I didn’t understand how chimney’s were supposed to work, and called me a liar when I told him my husband had to put the fire out He was very aggressive and unprofessional. At the end, he told me to go ahead and call his boss, and called me a lunatic.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst customer service and billing from any company, service agency, or business EVER in my whole life! Its remarkable that people who are running a small business even act the way they do. There rude, inconsiderate and incompetent.
