We live in Greeley and this place is probably the restaurant that my family orders from the most. The staff is absolutely wonderful both on the phone and in person. The food is consistently great and we always know that we will get good service and good food every time we eat here/order from here. Customer service here cannot be beat and try the green chili. The hot is actually hot and extremely flavorful. Love this place!

We had an issue with our order and they immediately apoligized and fixed it. GREAT customer service. We all have off days but to me it’s all about how it’s handled… thanks so much… We will be back

The food was good. The place looks disorganized and dirty. I don’t think wearing pajamas is very professional!!! Please clean up, organize and wear Pollo shirts and black pants and you might have more business. The floor was so greasy I almost fell down.

The food was alright. I had the burrito dinner, my husband the enchilada dinner — Mine was great, maybe a little soggier than if you ordered in store — the refried beans were a little… meh… But it all reheated great. Husband says he has no complaints, especially for the price — average $ 2 cheaper per entrée than 3 Margs. I also ordered the Guac and chips and Deep fried Cheesecake with Cherries. The guac was horrible. Not nearly garlicy enough, very bland and over priced, But the Cheesecake was good — though I would recommend you get to it ASAP — the outside tends to get a bit chewy and«meh» after a bit. We’ll be ordering again, for sure.

I was told the breakfast burritosnare great but they have way too many potatoes and not enough meat or eggs. All the rest of the menu is great.

Got the enchiladas here last night. Not too bad I would say. Definitely better than some I have had. Their green chile was pretty good too. I sampled it and it had good flavor. The 2 workers were very friendly and even gave my friend and I free sodas because the food took a while to make which was not expected but greatly appreciated! If your in the area and want more authentic mexican this is a decent place to go They do close at 7pm which is odd in my opinion.

Alberto’s is said by some to tbe the best Mexican restaurant in Greeley, but my experience there left much to be desired. While the service was good, the food was so-so. Well made, Mole Poblano is to die for. Alberto’s mole was acceptable but lacked the rich, dark flavor of a true mole Poblano. It was, instead, bland and flat. The bartender does not know how to make a decent Sangria, the wine staple of Spanish and Mexican cuisine. He had to consult me about it, as «there’s not much call for Sangria here.»
