I and 3 other’s are disappointed that the Bourbon street steak has been reduced to two 4 oz sirloins and the original flavor of butter n garlic n bourbon is gone. The new wood fire taste is ok, but just not as delicious as it used to be. And the steak was tough and full of gristle. So sad to lose a good steak. Please bring back the original cut and flavor. I’d pay more to have better quality. But, actually for $ 15.99 it should still be a better cut and quality than it is.

Dear Applebee’s, Please don’t open up as a steakhouse as you indicated tonight. Your steak is terrible. My friend Ordered it rare to medium rare. Came back medium well twice. And tough. I got steak/quinoa dish a month ago and steak was tough and grisly and inedible. Your managers comped something both times but please stick to regular menu. You cannot serve beef without losing money and customers each order

My Husband and are on diets to get healthy and we went to Applebee’s twice in the last month. The Salmon with veggies only(no potato’s) was excellent, and the house steak with veggies only and(no potatos) was great. Thanks for getting us the No carb option. The wait staff was more than kind to let us sub in more veggies. Thanks for the diet support.

Our order consisted of the new Beer Garden burger and the Thai Shrimp Salad. Both were well prepared and attractively presented. Our server was attentive to our needs. The décor appeared to have been recently updated and presented a cozy pub feel. Perfect place for a casual meal.

Every time I get take out it’s either wrong or it looks like it was short food. I recommend eating in the restaurant vs. The takeout

We ate here for lunch today and everything was excellent! We sat at a round table in the bar. Our server(I think his name was Chris) was absolutely awesome! I have to say that I do not ever go into chain restaurants expecting much. This guy blew us away with how friendly he was. The food was really good too! We will certainly return the next time we are in Greeley.

Monday night is 6 dollar hamburgers for a reason. Monday is training night. They could NOT get all meals on the table at the same time. One meal was wrong. All hamburgers well done not as ordered. Had to finally get up and look for our waitress, the mustard and the still missing meal for our patient 3 year old. Waitress blamed the kitchen for training a new cook. Shift manage came by earlier to say hi but was awal as the food arrived over a 20 minute period. Burgers taste better at RR. Forget the hamburger night, not even a deal at half price. Excuses are, however, included at no charge.

I love Applebee’s but was leary about coming to this one after reading all the not so good reviews. But I’ve been here a few times and everything was great everything.

Oooomphh… I really don’t like giving lower ratings, but this place just doesn’t cut it anymore. Been here several times in the past and it was always decent. In fact, I was a little surprised I hadn’t reviewed it yet. My experience this time was similar to some of the others who aren’t impressed: — Slow service. They weren’t busy, prime time on Thursday evening, about 1⁄3 of capacity. Should have been better. — Stingy food, mediocre portions. Fries were *limp*, *cold* and *dead*. Made me visualize them dumpster-diving at a neighboring restaurant to get free fries and recycle them. Thankfully, they gave us so few fries that we didn’t have to suffer through too many. — Wife’s steak was over-cooked, stingy portion, the bruschetta topping was old and gross looking. I get it, it’s a low-calorie option; but does that mean it’s supposed to look unappealing as well? — I had a standard American burger, it was ‘decent’. I had to request the lettuce, onion, pickle and tomato topping — don’t mind requesting it. But it was clear that stuff was way past its due date. Maybe it was rescued from Chili’s dumpster, too? — Lastly, for the quality and the stinginess of the portions, it’s overpriced. Family of four: one kid’s menu dinner, one appetizer dinner, one standard burger and one bruschetta steak, sodas and one shared dessert — $ 60 before tip. Not a happy ending. — Lastly Bonus: LOUD. Christmas music piped in so loud as to wake the dead. Maybe they are trying to summon Jacob Marley… totally obnoxious. Our waitress was quite nice and hardworking though. I could tell they are short-staffed, even for being only 1⁄3 capacity. She worked hard, was professional and pleasant. Kudos to her. I’m not sure what happened this time around. Like I wrote above, prior experiences weren’t this poor; but there are many low ratings for this restaurant, indicating they’re trending downward. They need to find their motivation or a new occupation.

Very poor kitchen service. Kid and wife’s food came out 20 min before my other sons and mine came out about 25 min after the first. My chicken was burned and wife’s bourbon steak was over cooked. The waitress was very apologetic and nice. She did a great job and manager was helpful. Very disappointed overall mainly with the kitchen. Sat down at 5:30 and left at 7:15.

Had fish and chips. The fish was worse than Poudre River carp. Will never order that again. Service was great but one noisy drunk person at the bar made for an unpleasant time. Too bad the manager did not do his job and throw the drunk out.

The food options can vary from good to awful. I wouldn’t mind the awful so much, if the food wasn’t so high in sodium and fat. The spinach & artichoke dip was bland and tastless and the chips where coated with so much salt they made everything taste awful when used for dips. The whole blacken chicken and veggies I had was done perfectly; meanwhile, the blacken chicken used on the penne pasta was rubbery and dry.
