I was not impressed the last time I shopped here. I was short on time and was having difficulty finding what I was looking for. I asked an employee that walked past me (the only one I saw other than the cashier who was busily ringing folks up) where I might find this item. Her response was «I have no idea, sorry». Not a care in the world and no offer to try to find out or to direct me to someone who might know — just a shoulder shrug and she was off. Talk about bad customer service! I ended up leaving the store and buying what I needed elsewhere.
