The kids and I checked out this brand new ice cream shop today. What a great little place in downtown Greeley. The ice cream shop serves Boulder Ice Cream which is a local, natural, organic ice cream. We each had a different flavor and they were all delicious. The salted caramel had to be my favorite. The shop is small with maybe 5 tables, but quaint. The only constructive criticism I would give is that the signage isn’t great. I think a larger sign on the window would help. The other thing is the name of the business is «Paradise Ice Cream and Candy», but I only saw a couple candy choices. I almost expected a mini candy store. Maybe both of those things are in the works. The shop has only been open a couple weeks. We will go back many times this summer. A great addition to downtown!
