Roma is pretty good. They have specials during the week that really increase the value. Personally, the pizza isn’t my style but I could see some liking it. The spaghetti is decent, but nothing to write home about. The best items they offer are the Carolis. Some might know them as calzones. They have a variety of options and they are a good size. The best is the Mamma Mia. Come on ½ off day(Thursday) and it’s $ 5. Overall, I’d give it a 3.5 out of 5 for value.

Took over an hour for them to make 2 simple pizzas. They were not busy, and it was not rush hour. Server was rarely seen. Very poor experience and will not return.

We have loved Roma’s for many years, love there pizza, nice people, good service. I saw another review that used the word«staple» and I totally agree. They are a staple eatery that we are glad to have in our neighborhood.

This became a staple restaurant for us very quickly. Between the specials they offer and quality of their pizza, it is well worth checking out. I would give a 5-star but the wait sometimes is painful(45 mins-1 hour is normal). I highly recommend the Nutty Idea pizza and Hawaiian pizza, it won’t disappoint!

The food is always great but the service tends to be slow. Love the pizza and Caroli’s and the crust that doubles for dessert if you ask for honey. The restaurant is too small for the amount of customers they serve. Still one of our favorite spots to eat!

I really love Roma, and relatively speaking, for Greeley, they’re pretty great. I love half off caroli night(Thursday’s). It’s become a weekly family tradition! I’ve eaten in the restaurant once and the service was pretty good, but we usually just get our order to go. The pizza is pretty good too!

If this is it for pizza in Greeley, I feel sorry for you ! Pathetic bread like crust. No chew no stretch no taste. Sauce of it that I could find was canned unseasoned tomato paste. Very odd industrial taste, possibly why they put so little on. Cheese, definitely imitation ! When we reheated a piece at home for our son, the cheese did not melt, fake cheese went out years ago, right?. We ordered carryout and I got to wait for this piece of work. While there I listened to the owner/manager/employee berate a customer about the use of coupons .How you don’t deserve %100 service product etc. if you’re not paying %100 price. I literally laughed out loud when he said that, and that was before I tasted his crappy pizza. All I say now on that matter, I guarantee coupons SAVEYOURBUTT every month! Because fella ain’t nobody who has had your product will never, NEVER pay full price for it. People please drive somewhere, anywhere but here for pizza. Totinos are $ 1.29 everyday at SOOPERS and would go undefeated in a blind side by side with this garbage.

This place used to have great service and great food. Now its got decent food and horrible service. The waited acted as if we were bothering him. Probably taking him from the game or something Its really, really gone downhill. Still better than chain restaurants, but like so many things, its just not what it used to be. Still one of only a very, very few good restaurants in this particular town. 10 years ago this place would have been 5 star solid, but not anymore.

Horrible service. Took an hour for our food to come and the other party we met there left because they were tired of waiting for their food. When we paid our bill and left, they attempted to charge us for the meals that the other party never received even though it was not on the check. The waiter chased us outside as we were leaving and harassed us in the parking lot. If you want to go to Roma, go to the original restaurant on 16th St and 8th Ave.

Poor service took 60 min for the food. They did offer a free beer and salad for the wait but without that 50 percent off coupon it would have been a huge rip off

Very disappointing. Was looking for a local pizza joint with delicious homemade pizza and this was anything but that. BBQ pizza was lathered in sauce and veggie pizza was so bland it had no taste whatsoever. Sauce on the meatballs/spaghetti was not very tasty either. Overall thumbs down on quality and taste.

Absolutely love and miss this place since moving to another state! Their nutty idea pizza is the best in the world and I miss it dearly! I would go back to Greeley just to have this pizza again!

I am so disappointed in this place. I love their food but their customer service has ruined this place for me. They have no understanding of how to treat their customers. Hour plus waits for large groups(8+) with one table designated for those groups. They don’t pull other tables together. My suggestion would be to allow reservations for parties of 8 or more. And when you quote a 45 minute wait and you can finally seat the party after an hour fifteen, you comp the party in some way. And to Mr. Allison, bad reviews will tarnish the restaurant’s reputation and your«mightier than thou» attitude will come back to bite you.

Best Italian food in town! I’ve been going there since I was little… Food is great(I suggest cream cheese on the pizza… Weird but AWESOME!) it’s busy a lot but that’s because it’s great! Monday Tuesday and Thursday have awesome deals like all you can eat and ½ price off carolis and pizza… Try it out!

Terrible service. Waited over an hour for a table for 7 only to find out they were putting other tables of 7 ahead of us because they were friends of the hostess. Will never return.

I do not have any clue why anyone wouldn’t rate this place 5 stars. The food is great and with a coupon except to pay 4 – 5 $ for more food than you can finish. The beers and drinks are strong and massive. The«caroli» is basically a top of line calzone. The only down fault of this place it is small and very busy.

We will always go to Roma(with a coupon) as it is a staple here in Greeley and have outstanding pizza. Also, the all you can eat spaghetti is worth all of the $ 3.49 you pay for it and much more. Carolis… awesome. You cannot go wrong with this place, JUSTBESURETOHAVE A COUPON!!. The only reason this review is not more stars is because the staff are almost always rude and short with customers. Friendliness here would go a long way and double the pleasure of dining here.

This is the second location of Roma, but the only one I have visited. From what I have heard, this is more family friendly and the campus location is more geared to younger party oriented crowd. It was extremely busy when we arrived and there was little to no waiting area. My butt was practically in someone’s food at a table next to the entrance as we waited for a table. Crowds poured in with little to no direction as to the correct waiting process. Eventually, some college came around with a notepad and saw that we had been waiting a while and took our names. In all, we waited 40 minutes to be seated. This was not a good experience to start off. My girlfriend and I ordered two different ‘caroli’s which are essentially calzones. I am not sure why they dont just call them calzones. She ordered the ‘white’ and I ordered the BBQ chicken. The white was a little bland and could have used a protein like pepperoni or even chicken to give it some substance. The BBQ chicken did not have enough bbq sauce for my taste, but was overall good. We had a coupon so the value of the meal was good. Both of our entrees were half off(only 4.50−5 apiece), which meant we could afford to order a drink as well. We got a Bazooka Margarita which is basically a giant size version of the classic. It was very very good for the price(5 dollars). If I was going to eat here again, I would not sit down. It seems the takeout runs more efficiently and effectively. The food, however, was solid enough for me to give it another go.
