Maintenance lead is a jerk and liar. When I moved in he said the 70’s AC unit would be replaced with a new one. That never happened. They are constantly pounding on my door asking me to move my car early in the morning. They did concrete work right next to my car and got it dirty. It’s totally overpriced, especially for a place where the grounds look like crap. There was a big hole in the ground for over a year for apparently no reason. This place is mediocre at best in every regard. Don’t move here.
