This company will try to scam you out of every dollar you have. They do not follow standard business ethics nor do they care to. They are horribly rude, have no follow through on their word, and do not care about their renters.
They are impossible to get a hold of and no person in that office communicates what needs to be communicated.
They will ask you during the application process for a certain amount of money to perform a background check, however, I have doubts that they actually order a background check due to the neighbors I ran into while renting from them.
