As gyms go, it’s pretty nice. There’s lots of equipment and many areas to work out in. The trainers are very nice. The pool is nothing at all to write home about, that’s for sure.

I moved to greatly three years ago. Met a friend and he put me on his work out west plan so I could go work out, I literally went to the gym two times. I move back to my hometown. I got a call saying that I was getting these bills from work out west. So I called and I told him I was not living there anymore and that I had only worked out twice. They said it does not matter I am responsible for the complete contract. And I had to personally come in and sign. I told them I could not come in and sign because I do not live there. So they continue to bill me. Then they sent me to the collection agency. Said this is what it took for me to be able to pay my bill without personally going to. This is one of the biggest games I have ever seen. Although the facility is nice and the people are really nice it’s just a shame that it has to be so hard to come off of the contract.

So the Manager has had the nerve to respond to my first response but made ZERO effort to reach out to me, answer my calls(when her staff have said she was there), come to the desk(when I show up and they acknowledge she is there but will not come out to speak with me) or resolve this collection account. I am going to use this as grounds for her avoiding my attempts to seek resolution, and refile the matter with Weld County Small Claims– and now I will also be seeking damages related to the efforts of this Manager to avoid the issue, the misrepresentations(in spite of the contract she wants to hide behind) and damage to my credit report from her very poorly run establishment. The good news is they will be out of business before you know it as no organization that is run like this can possibly stand a chance of staying in business for long– who plays hide and seek with the people they claim to value– cowards!

I have loved this facility for a long time and make a point of visiting every time I am in town. They recently renovated the dry sauna area and it is BEAUTIFUL! I love the cardio equipment and the«Strive» line of weight machines. I haven’t taken many classes but if I wanted to, there are plenty to choose from. I appreciate the fact that they have a daycare for my 5 year old and have been very happy with every staff member I’ve dealt with over the years. If you are looking for a classy, well kept, updated and well equipped workout facility– look no further. Work Out West is awesome!

I called to speak to the general manager and left several messages for a simple call-back but when I called back and was transferred to her line, she hung up without even letting me ask a question. Very very unprofessional and if this is how she is, imagine the lack of attention she would give her customers.

The tennis program for high school students met our expectations. The chief coach guided the students well, all the coaches gave good advice. When it comes to PFC, they are an issue unto themselves. I don’t know what WOW’s policy is. It is possible that WOW handles things appropriately, and then PFC tries to make hay with accounts even if officially ‘forgiven.’ I have not heard anything laudable about PFC’s activities. I have seen good work on WOW’s side. We have not had any problems with our account, but neither did we have to stop it in mid-stream. Yes, «caveat emptor» is always good advice.

Not bad but not great. The people that work there are really nice. But, the weight area is a little small and it feels kind of crowded if many people are there. I did go mid-day which wasn’t bad but hard to pull off every time. The equipment is pretty nice and in good shape. Month to month is expensive(~$ 60) for what you get but they do have some discounts for certain groups.
