Local pub great service from Candice. Wide selection of craft beer and again Candice had a great knowledge of the craft beers. They had a $ 3 cheeseburger special the night I was there it was great. They also were playing trivia which I did not participate in but I got a great kick out of. The service was well beyond that of a pub and I definitely will return.

This is one of my favorite bars downtown Green Bay. This is a good place for some week day drinkning as there’s never too many annoying people and has a easy-going vibe. All of the beers on tap are from Wisconsin breweries and they have a long bottle selection of some really good craft beers that you won’t find in most bars. I like going there on Tuesdays for $ 2.50 Hamburgers and $ 3.00 Cheeseburgers. Wednesdays are good for the whiskey lovers as whiskey is half off. Saturday and Sunday they’ve had a brunch menu which hits the spot after doing some morning errands or going to the Farmers market on Washington St. It’s big enough to have bands which they’ll have concerts once in a while. I don’t know why more people go to this bar.

The macaroni and cheese bites are really, really good. Great place for a beer and a bite.

I found this place just while paging through places near me on Unilocal and the good rating brought my friends and I in. we were here in the late afternoon so there was only one person working the tables and the bar. It wasn’t busy so our service was fast. We shared the sampler platter for an appetizer, and the cheese curds and southwest bites were my favorite. The jalapeño popper bites were a bit too spicy for me but they were made fresh. I got the Turkey Ruben for a sandwich. It was a little dry(I didn’t use the 1,000 Island dressing) but still really good. Also, we didn’t sample any, but there was an extensive beer menu to dive into!

Seems like a place for locals, which we prefer. Places like this offer a true experience of the area. The menu was not extensive. Build your own wrap, salad, and burger. This truly gives you endless choices to create a different item each visit. The have live music in the evening but i couldn’t tell exactly what night that was. We came around 3pm on a Friday. Street parking with quarter-only parking Meyers were available right on front. The place had only a few customers. Light music was playing and a couple tvs showing sports. I ordered the breaded chicken and Swiss cheese sandwich with bacon and Cole slaw. The sandwich was very good. The chicken was hot and crispy. The gold sauce was nice and tangy. The Cole slaw was fantastic. It was creamy and crisp with large cabbage pieces.

We came in here, based on Unilocal reviews, for our first trip to Green Bay & looking for a nice bar to watch the Cubs-Cards game after a day in Door County. It’s your typical pub from an exterior & interior design in the downtown area. We came in around 5:00 on a Saturday & doubled the population of the bar. Suffice to say, we sat at the bar & talked to the bartender &2 locals who, though very friendly, were trying to run the table & taste every of the craft beers on tap. I think they succeeded. They have a good variety of craft beers to choose from. After 5 – 6 hours on the road, we needed a beer. Being Illinois natives, we didn’t know any of the beers but the bartender was very friendly & described each of the tap beer options and gave us samples to try. I forget the beers we both had over the night but they were all very good. As one would expect after 5 – 6 hrs on the road & having a few drinks, we were hungry. The menu had your usual pub fare. We ordered cheese curds to start off. They were pretty good, not too heavily fried, still gooey, etc. No complaints at all. About an hour later, we ordered real food. I believe Kelly had the chicken salad samich which was good. I had a cheeseburger & yes, more cheese curds. When in Dairy Rome… Both the burger & curds were very tasty The only downer on the night was there was a surprise party being held for somebody that night so the bar went from nice & quiet to crowded and loud by where we were sitting and service wasn’t quite as attentive.
All in all, service was very good and friendly for nearly the whole time we were there. They had very good grub for a pub. We’d go back if we were in the area. It’s not 5 star review since that’s absolute perfection & nothing’s perfect, but 4 stars means«yay, I’m a fan»…and we are, so 4 stars it is.

Walked in, sat at the bar. The open end where the staff walks in and out. Waited ten minutes. Three staff members behind the bar walked back and forth in front of us multiple times. No one said a word to us. Not hello. Not someone will be right with you. Nothing. Only one other group of three at the bar so it wasn’t too busy. Another couple walked in and got greeted and served right away. That was enough for me so we walked out. Needless to say, no one noticed or said a word as we left either. Horrible horrible service And this is during restaurant week when they are trying to get people to come in visit their establishment. Not a good impression.

Really good pub food. They also have a ‘build your own salad’ on the menu with tons of toppings and mixed greens. Prices were very reasonable too. Plenty of free parking(on a Friday night). If you are a beer drinker the menu was extensive and filled with craft beers. Atmosphere was loud but still ok to talk in a small group. Good local pub.

The have an AMAZING and huge selection of beer. The thing I really like about this place is they not only have such a large selection of beer but their food is amazing. Things I would recommend:(CHEESECURDS&FRIES, CHICKENSALADSANDWICH, FRIDAYFISHFRY) Those that do not like beer can always stop by for the best bloody marys!

Stopped in here in a Friday night after reading some of the positive reviews on this place, and we were so happy we did! The fiancé got fried haddock and I got the lake perch– both were awesome. The coleslaw was just short of perfect. We also got an order of the Renards cheese curds — fantastic. We will Absolutely be coming back here to try the burgers next time. Also, the fiancé tried two different beers and said both were amazing. It’s awesome to see that you can have a local bar supporting so many local breweries and keeping them on tap. Highly recommended!!!

The beer selection here is fantastic. They have a ton of taps and it is all Wisconsin craft beer. Excellent bar staff that knows the ins and outs of craft beer as well– they can definitely help you with a selection if you’re new to the craft beer scene. The food is fantastic, both BREAKFAST and dinner. Yea that’s right they have killer breakfast on Saturdays. Fresh prepared sandwiches and burgers made with the finest local cheese round out Adams Street Pub as the top tier for pub food and drink around this area.

The food was good, but we went there for lunch and the service was inexplicably slow. We waited more than 30 minutes for our burgers. We all had to run out and put more money in the meter.

I’ve been here twice with my wife and friends. We went once for the fish fry which was very good with awesome homemade coleslaw. The other time I had boneless wings which were ample in size and generous in portions. Both time Beau, one of the owners, waited on us and be couldn’t be a better ambassador for the place. Great beer selection on tap of Wisconsin beers. I enjoyed the Badger State beers. Nice atmosphere. We will be revisiting.

Such a great spot in Green Bay. My favorite establishments have always included an innovative menu, a small town bar that knew your name, and great music with local brews. Adams St. Pub is my new standard. Gracious and helpful staff Outstanding food(my personal favorites include real Friday Perch fry and a pretzel burger with aged WI cheddar) Weekly/monthly craft & local beer Whiskey & bourbon bar I bring my local friends and I always make sure to bring the ones from out of town to visit. Milwaukee, Ashland, Chicago, Minnesota, the Yoop-they all have had a blast. Green Bay and Appleton just doesn’t have many places like this. Highly recommend a visit into Adams with your best friends and family.
