Came here for dinner. Haven’t had cousins in 10 years because they don’t have them in Arizona. The subs were great, the fries were made fresh to order. The store was clean and the two employees were awesome — Edwin and Anna. They were very professional and very friendly and definitely helped make the experience a great one.

Worse sub experience ever. I was only person ordering and there was one family eating in. Kid took my order, then went on lunch break and let the other 2 run he kitchen. As he’s eating in a booth he’s yelling and chit chatting with the crew in te kitchen about personal things, nothing work related and no regard for the family eating or me. It took over 20min to get a sub and a salad. Not to mention I asked for a large and got a small sub, asked for no onion on salad and got onion, they forgot cucumber, and gave me BBQ ranch when I specifically said I wanted regular ranch. Unfortunately the dressing was the only thing I caught before leaving.
I used to eat at Oneida location all the time without an issue, but after this visit ill forego Cousins and hit up JJ’d or even Subway for that matter.
Should have just asked for my money back when I was waiting forever :(
