I’m not sure where to start. Whether it’ the uncleanliness of the room or the ruined swimsuit due to too may chemicals in the hot tub. We’ll start with the room. We checked into a room that was maybe 60 degrees, turned the heat up, changed clothes and went down to the pool area. On the way back to the room I stopped at the front desk to make them aware of the chemical problem in the hot tub.(I literally showed the front desk cleck my swim suit.) The color completely faded. Suit was dark brown and is now taupe(with the exception of the straps that go over my shoulders, thoe are still the original color). She blew us off stating she’d have them check the levels. We returned to the room 3−½ hrs later and it was still 60 degrees. Upon entering the bathroom we noticed it had not been cleaned. Not just had not been cleaned, there was dirt/mold/mildew in the bathtub. Toilet paper on the floor, need I say more. No heat and a filthy bathroom does it for us. We changed out of our wet clothes and proceeded to check out. The front desk person said she called someone to come and check the levels of the pool; stating they we checked that morning and wer fine. She checked us out, stating Mark was not available until Monday. She reassurd us they would rectify the swimsuit issue and that Mark would have our money for the room refunded. We took down Mark’s name in case he didn’t call first thing Monday as he stated he would. As suspected, no phone call from Mark Murphy. My husband had to call him Monday afternoon. He was far from any«manager» we’ve ever dealt with. He was extremely rude. Basically because no one else complained about the chemicals he wasn’t going to do anything about the $ 65.00 ruined swimsuit. He was however going to contact you to have my money reimbursed. My husband and I travel quite a bit and haven’t ever run into this sort of situation before. I do however have 25 years experience in customer service and this situation wasn’t handled in a professional manner what so ever; certainly not meeting any guests expectations. Poor quality hotel, poor quality service, makes one leery of ever using such an establishment without having it checked out first or without a referral.

DON’T STAYHERE!!! Stayed here for business but will never again. Room was dirty and in need of renovation. The curtains had so many holes in them they looked like swiss cheese — they even had duct tape to hold them together. Sheets were like tissue paper. Blankets were torn and had holes too. Carpeting was very worn and all wrinkly making it easy to trip. The manager is newly promoted — a nice enough guy, but rooms are a dump. Stay somewhere else.
