This bar use to be called Top Hat, but a few years ago it changed it’s name to the Standard and Company. This is definitely the go to bar for martini’s. They have a big selection of martinis along with other cocktails. Martini’s are $ 4 during happy hour and Tuesdays are Tini Tuesdays which are also $ 4. Being a beer lover, I was pretty disappointed with the selection but I knew this place wasn’t for the beer nerd. One neat thing is all over the walls are old sports equipment with black and white pictures of athletes from decades ago. There were tennis rackets, baseball gloves and bats, punching bag and fencing swords. This is a good spot if you want to «treat yo self» to a nice drink and not be surrounded by a lot of people.

I’ve only been to the Standard & Co. a couple of times, but I’ve never been disappointed! If you want to step up your beverage game, this is the place to go! They have«Tini Tuesday» which is half of all martinis, which they have a HUGE selection of! They even have a martini with gummy bears in it, rightfully named the«Gummy Beartini», which is a huge hit with my friends! I’m more of a mojito-gal myself, so I tend to order their Classic mojito, which is made with fresh mint! Plus, they have more great deals throughout the week! If you want an awesomely made cocktail with a cool, cozy atmosphere, this is the place to go! With the few times I’ve been here, I’ve never been disappointed! I recommend this place to anyone who wants something more than their typical night out, especially during their great weeknight specials!

Usually have a great time there, but when i went this past Tuesday we had to wait a very long time standing at the bar to get helped. The bartender with the short black hair and the one with the long brown hair continued to glance at us while continuing not to serve us. Good customer service skills are a must when being a bartender, so they should get some before I’ll be coming back.

Now called The Standard & Co. Amazing drinks, but the ultra slow service will be their demise! Too bad, this could be one of the best meet-up places in town.

Amazing bar! 96 that I counted martinis on the menu. $ 4 tini tuesday, $ 5 martinis on wednesday, $ 2 off everything thursday. Beautiful bartenders that dress beautifully. Makes me actually wanna dress nice… too bad the only nice clothes I own are my church clothes! What really won me over is that they have gardettos for the snack if you ask for it. Personal favorites include Mango Tango, Pimp Juice, and Chocolate covered strawberry.

This place is slow even when it’s not busy. I’ve also had experiences with rude staff. I don’t think I’ve ever waited less than 15 minutes, even if I’m only drinking draught beer(which I will give a little credit, they typically have a decent selection.) It is true they cornered the market for martinis in Green Bay, which means the only reason I would be back is if my gf talks me into it(she likes dirty martinis).

I generally never do reviews on Unilocal(the last one was years ago) but after my recent trip to Wisconsin(middle America, ripping the fields!), I had to do it. Top Hat is amazing! Hands down. I’m giving it the full fledged five because it deserves it. First off, the menu consists of 110 of the most creative martinis I’ve seen. Plus mojitos, plus specialties, and dessert drinks. I went with a group of friends on a very cold night and we spent a good few hours playing a game where one person would randomly choose a page and a number and would have to try the drink they landed on. Thus far: the Keylime Pie tastes like liquid keylime pie… the Oatmeal cookie is fantastic(despite knowing that they used Jäger in the recipe), old fashioned, Mayan martini(a margarita on steroids), Spank the Monkey, French kiss(with real coffee beans)… I could spend the rest of my life on that bar stool. To top it off, the Bartenders working that night were friendly, funny, and they wore plaid shirts. Because that’s how low key this place is. Where can you meet non-douschey bartenders in LA that serve strong, miracle drinks?! Nowhere, is the answer. We went on Sunday night which is $ 5 martini night and you can bet your bottom dollar I had at least 4. Too bad they don’t have this bar in Los Angeles. I miss it already. PS — In regards to the previous comments that brought up the cons of this place: they no longer allow smoking indoors, and it does NOT smell like feet. It smells like awesome.

Besides the menus being sticky evertime I touch one, this place is great! I go here weekly for«martini night» and have been impressed every singe time! Their selection is fantastic and most of the bartenders are very nice. This place has class and diversity of people. The décor is cool and the martinis are top notch every time!

I’m born and raised in Green Bay, and have lived in Chicago for almost four years now, and I have yet to find a place quite like Top Hat. Every time I’m in town, I make sure to breeze through at least twice! They have a great selection of martini’s, and I’m surprised at the class of the place every time, without seeming too over the top. As Bob H mentioned, I’m also always impressed with the eclectic mix of crowd here — though I’ve never been in when it was too crowded! And it doesn’t hurt that the martini’s are impeccably delicious, with the perfect blend every time. Whether you’re a GB resident or just passing through, Top Hat has got to be your place to stop!

When I’m looking for a slightly relaxed, fun place to go for drinks Top Hat is my go to place. I love the fact that you see just about everyone. There are intellectual, hipster types drinking dirty martinis, older groups, mixed in with 21 year olds, wild Bridal Party groups, and successful 30 somethings dressed up. Top Hat isn’t quite as nice as say Republic, but it’s part of its charm and explains its eclectic patrons. They have a great, unique drink menu(and for all the non GB Unilocalers reading this, stop scoffing it’s true). They do a pretty great Bloody Mary too. Their happy hour is usually pretty quiet and really nice drink specials. Overall Top Hat isn’t very expensive considering what you order and It’s a downright steal if you compare it to some place around the city or larger markets. Definitely recommend you check it out, you’re guaranteed to like something!

As far as I know this is the only martini bar in Green Bay, it gets busy most nights so you may end up standing for a bit till you can get a seat. Most of the bar tenders are nice there are a few female bar tenders that can be kind of a bitch at times so be prepared for that. Otherwise the women that frequent this establishment are often quite attractive, even if they are not single its not unheard of being able to pick them up the only tricky part is when they turn out to be gay So all in all its a pretty good bar for Green Bay.

I just realized I have never provided a review for Top Hat, which is my favorite place to go for martinis(when our«martini group» wants to get together and have someone else make the martinis). Anyway, this is the best place to go in GB for some great and creative martinis.

It’s been 2 months since I first went to Top Hat, and I’m still raving about their martinis. Pages and pages of them. Let me lay it out for you: Oatmeal Cookie Fortune Cookie(with an actual fortune cookie on the edge of the glass) Snickers Do martinis get better than that? I’ve had similar ones at a few places in Chicago, and generally they aren’t very good. Can I convince Top Hat to open a second location in Chicago? I don’t think my 4-times-a-year visits are going to cut it. Sigh…

A very good martini bar. I have been here numerous times and the prices are awesome. Tuesday is $ 4 martini night. The only draw back is the smoke and crowds
