RICHARD BOYSEN is a fantastic realtor. He REALLY knows the market in the area. I bought the property through him and I also sold it through him several years later at a significant profit. He gave me excellent suggestions to get the property ready for sale and increase the appeal to buyers and also provided information on local contractors who were reasonably priced and reliable. He went the extra mile for me during the sale and even went to the town clerk’s office, met with inspectors and let repairmen in when I was out of town on several occasions. He kept this deal on track and made sure we closed when we were supposed to. He was invaluable during this last sale because the buyers had a very challenging attorney, but Mr. Boysen’s diplomatic manner, persistence and attention to detail brought about a successful close– ON TIME.
He was always courteous, professional and friendly and he is very knowledgeable about homes in the area. He also sold me my first single family home many years ago. I would never consider using another realtor for any of my transactions, as I have been using Mr. Boysen for over 25 years and he has consistently delivered top– notch customer service. I have referred him to several friends and family members and every person I know has been extremely happy with the results he has gotten.
