I’m not the most savy about what constitutes a 5 star storage facility but after my visit at this location I can say the bar was set quite high. The facility was exactly what I needed and the location couldn’t have been much more perfect. The prices were unbeatable versus any of the other places I priced. The young lady helping me out also made the experience worth the investment. I believe her name was Ed’Dayshia, she knew her stuff quite well and she made sure that I understood my contract with Public storage in full. All of my questions were answered courtesy of this employee, leaving me highly pleased with my choice. I’ll be sure to refer my clients and family members without a doubt.

The temperature controlled units seem pretty stable and clean. The real problem I have with this place, and I have no idea how it could ever be fixed now that there is stuff stored in the facility, is that the floors are TERRIBLE. Blind people who never poured a concrete floor before must have been contracted for the build as it is literally the worst floor I have seen in memory. This makes it rough for both moving things on carts in and out and worse it is impossible to slide things on the floor within the units themselves without ripping things to pieces.

Don’t store your personals here! Just helped my cousin move out and her furniture is all molded. Everything is ruined. You can actually see the mold outside the doors as you drive around. Worse thing is, they won’t cover her damage even with insurance.
