John brings a Chicago flavor to Green Lake. Excellent french fries, excellent salad, excellent fish and burgers. More importantly the BEST drinks !!! Great service and atmosphere.

Green Lake classic destination spot. Fun atmosphere there, the staff works hard to keep customers happy and some really solid options on the menu. Highly suggest the sunrise burger it was awesome! Will for sure be back

A disappointing experience. The food was bland, nothing I couldn’t of made in three minutes at home. There was little in the way of presentation. So it was flat. They didn’t have any of the scotch which they listed on their drink menu. A nice view perhaps a good place to go for a drink but definitely not for dinner

Place looked inviting but we’re very disappointed with the service. I ordered a frozen lime margarita and they brought me a key lime margarita. The other people in our group said their drinks were very very weak. We got an order of chicken nachos that had stale chips, hardly any cheese and about 4 or 5 black olives and tomato pieces. You would think being on the lake they would have good food and drinks, but that wasn’t the case. We also witnessed a group of 5 walk out because there was no hostess waiting to seat people.

Come in and ask Crissy for a Crabby Mule. Top shelf drinks and high quality food at WI prices. Very friendly staff. Visiting from San Francisco for my yearly visit to GL. I will be back.

Stopped there on Memorial Day weekend and they we too busy and crowded, we went back tonight after the rain started and we were seated right away. I had to try the special bloody mary. It was a very tasty drink with a load of tasty add-​ons. The shrimp was fresh and well cooked, all of the picked veggies were good, and the egg and bacon were done perfectly. The Beef Stick straw was the only thing that I didn’t like. It tasted like a bland Slim Jim.
The food came out pretty quick, the place was not that busy though. I had the sunrise bacon and egg burger and it was wonderful. My wife had the sea weed veggie patty burger and she loved it. The burgers are fresh never frozen and they taste like it. My son-​in-​law had the sea salt and malt vinegar fries and he raved about them.
I am really glad that we stopped back. It may be a bit pricey but the location, the view and the quality of the food make it a great special stop on the lake. After reading the previous review, I would have to agree that they do need to work on the crew during busy times. The fact that they opened on Memorial Weekend has a lot to do with that.
BTW, they kind of skimp on the Bloody Mary add-​ons if you order it to go. No Shrimp, egg, sausage or beef stick straw. The bloody was still good, but i missed the goodies.

Walked in, was told we can pick a table and someone will find us– Bad start. Sat for over 5 minutes and watched server after server walk by with no attention. Finally someone came over after WE went to the bar to find out if we were going to be served. Food took over 30 minutes, manager came over (sweating all over the place). Comped the bill, but the only item that was good out of all 6 meals was the gyros. Had to ask for refills and weren’t even given napkins– had to get from another table! If you are going to open a restaurent, make sure you have competent staff first. Oh and Charging $ 13 for a poor burger without fries??? Won’t fly for long there.

Thoroughly enjoyed Sharkz’ first day of business on Friday, May 23^rd. Great food, great drinks, great customer service, wonderful atmosphere and F-​U-​N. A multitude of craft beers from which to choose. The menu offers a generous variety of appetizers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, etc. We look forward to trying as many as possible. On this particular day my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed a chicken/​avocado wrap, chicken caesar wrap and fried mushrooms. Picturesque setting in the marina on Dartford Bay in the city of Green Lake. An absolute breath of fresh air for the area. We had lunch and a few drinks shortly after they opened at 11am. By the time we left, the bar area was lined with patrons and the patio was filled with diners. Awesome!!!
