McDonald’s

McDonald’s is, well McDonald’s. Their goal is to be consistent regardless of the location. This location however, is the exception. It is poorly run, poorly designed, and old. I have attempted to eat here 4 times (twice by drive thru) and walked out or drove off 3 of those. Terrible, terrible. Shame on them for allowing this place to remain open with this level of service. SLOW is the understatement of the year and the indoor eating facilities are pathetic.

I know it fast food but for $ 18.00 one should at least get it hot and fresh.
We placed our order, told to be seated and the food would be brought to us, approximately 20 minutes later our cold, dry food was delivered to our table. The salad with grilled chicken was minus the chicken, when we brought it back the manager asked us if we were sure, he could plainly see no chicken. He had one of the employees put the chicken on the salad.
My deluxe quarter pounder was cold an dry as well as the buttermilk chicken sandwiche. The fries were cold and hard. I thought the long wait for our order was because they were making it specially for me. Ha !
It’s a joke when McDonald’s employees ask, What can I make for you «it’ should be «what can I give you that was cooked an hour ago.
Well I’m not loving it, I rarely go to McDonald’s for this simple reason.

Forgot my straw and only filled my medium fry half way. Don’t mess with a pregnant lady and her fries!

Took my son there after Doctors appointment. He received RAW chicken nuggets!
The managers comment when I showed her his raw nuggets was: «eww» grabbed them and walked away. No other words. Guard your health and save yourself.
