Walk-In Urgent Care Family Practice

The worst service ever !!! I will definitely make it a point to never come back here again! I brought my two year old into this location because it was within the two mile radius of our home big mistake. The lady working the front desk is super rude. She was overcharging the person in front of me just because he didn’t speak english she was charging him 55 for a 30 dollar visit. Then when i told him online and on their ads its say 29.95 she was upset with me. Not once did i see this individual smile at anybody.

I’m an easygoing patient.
I don’t demand much, except a timely move from the waiting room into an examination room, and then out the door with (hopefully not, but if needed) ‘scripts.
Dr. Javed, the lead physician at this location, is pleasant and thorough. I mistakenly questioned his judgment on my illness, then realized he was absolutely correct and I needed to make sure everyone knows how silly I am!
The staff was friendly and efficient, the waiting room was small but seats many, and the time in between waiting & examination was virtually under 20 minutes. (This is, of course, due to them having me already on file. Paperwork takes about 10 minutes, I’d say.)
Even when I was sick and in Boca (area where I work), I made my way all the way into West Palm just to see Dr. Javed. I feel better already!
