Customer service here is terrible and there is a a lot of bait and switch activity going on. I went to Mattress Discounters and was much happier.

I made an account just to make this review. I went in for their President’s Day Sale tonight. Dave was the guy working, and he was great. (I think he was filling in for someone who called out sick). He explained the different types of mattresses and pillows to us, without trying to sell us on the most expensive stuff in the store.
We ended up getting a MUCH better deal than I was expecting, which is nice. There were some computer problems during the checkout process. Dave’s computer system froze up on him in the middle of the process, but he was able to get it sorted out very quickly.
In the end we got a super comfy mattress for a great price. I can’t wait to start sleeping on it. Kudos to Dave! I hope someday he gets to see this.

Great Service… great prices… great delivery… going back soon! I went during the Memorial Day holiday just to see what type of mattress I liked. After trying out tons… I settled on one that was way too expensive for my little budget… and like magic the salesman found a way to make the price work for me and I sleep like a baby now.
