Happened to pop in for a sandwich. They had a giant smoker set up outside selling pulled pork and brats. Every single employee was incredibly friendly.
Inside they have sandwiches. I got a roast beef which was amazing! My daughter got the pulled pork, which she ate, but didn’t rave about. We are from Texas and we were just there last week where she ate a ton of it, so it’s not fair to compare!
The store inside is adorable. They sell their meats, coffee, sweets, jams, sauces. The décor is homey with a nice seating area outside. It’s absolutely worth stopping in.
Either way, I would absolutely recommend a visit if you’re passing through.

The best. Myers has the best sandwiches in town, made to order, excellent local offerings, some groceries and very cool drinks. So glad to have these guys in town. Here’s to you Mitch!

The best addition to Greencastle since I moved here well over 30 yrs ago. Wonderful made to order sandwiches with numerous options and soup is a great deal. You simply can’t get better bacon and custom cut fresh meats in this city. I especially like that the owner, Mitch, listens to what his customers want and does his best the carry their requests. I’m loving the fresh seafood now too. Visit this place often!

Thank GOD for Myers’ Market and for Mitch. This is a wonderful business and they deserve all the praise. We used them for catering multiple times this summer and they were always on time, friendly, and never over charged. Our crew looked forward to these sandwiches all the time – they even made us 35 individual special-​order sandwiches in boxes with everyone’s names on them. These guys are the real deal!

i was in greencastle working on a feature for five weeks. this deli is AMAZING and made my californicated self happy!!! i was relieved to find a place that carries organic & grass-​fed products. they made fantastic lettuce wrapped sandwiches for me with smiles. the staff is fantastic & friendly.

What a wonderful step back in time. I feel like I stepped into a time machine and went back to a time when the local butcher shop was a valuable addition to every town. Myer’s Market offers high-​quality, local goods within a lovely old-​fashion, friendly atmosphere. Everything we’ve purchased here has been top-​notch and very tasty. Brats, bacon, sausage, eggs, etc. I appreciate what Myer’s Market brings to our little town of Greencastle.

This place is awesome! The deli is good, get a sandwich with chips and a drink or half sandwich and cup of soup and a drink for around $ 5.
The main reason to go here though for the cuts of meat, which are fantastic! Most are from local farmers, and you can talk with these farmers to find out what antibiotics (if any) are used for the raising of the livestock. They do not add water or anything to the meats for appearance, and the meats are tender and the taste is so good! They cut the meats there in house so you can request cuts, but they have such a selection that there is really no need to. The prices are perfect too.
There are Indiana products (syrup, jellies and jams, spice rubs, etc) that is available, and produce too.
