Star Wok

Egg rolls were cooked too long and tasted like old oil. The main course wasn’t the greatest. It might have been a three star. But food could have been a little better quality. All in all I didn’t get sick and ate all of it. So guess it wasn’t that bad. I might go back if I had to

Restaurant: The restaurant décor is outdated. A fresh coat of paint and some drum lightning fixtures would give this hum drum restaurant a facelift. Many people judge a restaurant by its appearance and I almost didn’t dine because of it. There was a couple tables that needed to be wiped down as some of the staff was sitting in the corner chatting.
Service: I was told to sit anywhere. I had the entire restaurant to myself on a weekday during lunch time. The servers were authentic Chinese and one of the owners you can tell doesn’t speak English very well but understands it. They were very prompt and polite. I was given two menus — one is their takeout menu to order from home. THEY DELIVER!
Food: I ordered the cashew chicken lunch special. It took a little time to prepare but that was ok, as I know they just opened their doors. The only odd thing was all the drinks were canned or bottled… nothing on fountain or tea! The food was delivered and it was good… not great as the chicken was a little chewy but I will definitely eat there again! Especially since the cost was under $ 6!
All in all it was a good little restaurant.

Seriously good homemade food, fast and fresh with great customer service. Yummy!!!
My husband got General Tao“s chicken with a side fried wonton and I got mongolian beef. Egg drop soup was really good too!
