:) great great place. Great staff. Awesome music. I love this place. Mac is the tippy top when it comes to makeup. Viva Glam and Back to Mac are awesome charitable programs!

My mom and myself were inside Macy’s and I wanted to look at the matte lipsticks so the attendant (a man tall and skinny with dark brown hair) was helping these two other ladies talking up a storm with them and he just says hi if we need anything just let him know. So my mom tried on this lip gloss with a stick that’s provided next to them and he rudely interrupts us in mid conversation basically yelling «ugh! NO YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO DO THAT I TOLD YOU IF YOU WANTED TO TRY THEM ON I CAN HELP YOU NOW I HAVE TO THROW IT AWAY!» And he walks away huffing and puffing. I am a frequent shopper at Mac and this guy was very rude and arrogant and for this we left without buying anything never again will I go to the Mac inside Macy’s this customer service was horrible.
