Walmart Supercenter

Wal-​mart? I checked in here? I never shop at Wal-​mart. It took me a while to remember why I stopped here.
I forgot to stop at my favorite pet supplies store and my cat needed something to poop in. So I bought some cat litter. Our cat loved it and was happy pooping in it.
As for the store it was fine, it is a wal-​mart. I would go again in a pinch.

I’m not even sure why I am posting a review (maybe it’s so Unilocal stops asking me to haha) because this is Walmart. Nothing to mention that we don’t already know. You’re going to have long lines, associates standing around and talking to each other (if you even see them at all) and the 1 associate you actually get a chance to talk to will more than likely have an attitude towards you.

As far as Walmarts go, I really like to go to this particular Walmart. I can’t say that I’ve had really spectacular customer service any of the times that I have been shopping there, but tonight, my son dropped a bottle of ketchup and Elizabeth was kind enough to not only come and clean it up very quickly but also clean up the extra ketchup off my cart which I really appreciated. I just want to thank you, Elizabeth, and thank Walmart for making this a less hectic trip to the store than it could’ve been. Please keep up the good work!

I was excited to hear that they were going to be opening a Walmart Market location so close to my house. The impression that my husband and I, and other Greendale residents, were under was that this was going to be a grocery store and pharmacy only. What we ended up with was a regular Walmart on a smaller scale. I dont know too many grocery stores that sell flat screen TV’s and other electronics.
Despite this, I have utilized this location several times. I have always received good customer service here. I have done my grocery shopping here on several occasions. The prices on the groceries are pretty reasonable compared to Pick n Save and Sendik’s. They don’t always have the variety of items that those stores have, though.
I have made several trips here recently to pick up birthday gifts for our nieces and nephews, as well as friends’ children. This Walmart has saved my butt every time. They have a decent selection of toys in many age ranges.
All in all, I’m glad that this Walmart exists. I’m sure I will be utilizing it again in the future :-)

This Walmart deserves a shout-​out. I had to stop in for a last minute Christmas gift. I was initially surprised that I got awesome rockstar parking 3 days before the holiday. I was incredibly impressed but the cleanliness of the store, organization, and friendliness of the associates. This is a newer location in the greater Milwaukee area, and it definitely appears they take pride in their store. Also, it was pretty slow in there during my 5pm visit which was incredibly shocking to me.
I was in an out in 5 minutes or less… totally unheard of in typical Walmart land. I complimented the cashier on the store and her awesomeness and I meant it.
I would drive across the city just to visit this location! Keep up the good work :)

This Walmart is really small, but it is close to my parent’s house. Whenever I visit my parents, they would go to this Walmart. There isn’t many great selections to choose from.
It is clean, but I would just go to another Walmart because there are better choices to choose from.

Stopped here for a couple items and I hate to admit it, but I was IMPRESSED with how clean this store was, and also the fact that they had more than 2 registers open. I typically avoid Walmart like the plague, but needed a couple items. and it was convenient, so I stopped in on a Saturday night. I’m not sure if there was a Monster Truck rally, or a Larry the Cable Guy show in town, but this Walmart was DEAD. It was such a bizarre experience. I found the things I needed, didn’t have to wait in line for a check out, and wasn’t annoyed by weirdos… this might be the
BEST. WALMART. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

Why do I put myself through this torture…
I’ve been trying to avoid Walmart, this one especially. I think it’s completely unnecessary to have built this store with a supercenter not even two miles down the road. My curiosity got the best of me when I found out from a friend that this wasn’t the Walmart grocery store I had thought it was, but a full service Walmart. I had to see.
And yes, this is a full Walmart, not a supercenter, but more like the older, smaller stores. The only real difference is a little more room is dedicated to their processed foods department.
This place is totally unnecessary. It would have been a one star place, but it earned an extra star just for the simple fact that this location still cares about getting you through the check outs quick. It’s only a matter of time before they are just as slow as the other Wally Worlds in the area.
