30 minutes for appetizers, over an hour to get our food, one plate was cold(and not even what we ordered) and still had to find our own flatware – FYI if you go there, they keep it near the hostess station in a canvas bin. The table was sticky, menus had(food?) smeared on the pages, wait staff was nearly nonexistent! The only good thing that happened was I was able to have my wife stay at the table while I went shopping at the grocery store! I was back in time to get my meal! Followed up with a call to the«Manager» Justin. I was just calling to tell him that something made us sick – we didn’t want anything, no free meals, etc. He merely dismissed my concern saying that«Well, this is just and isolated incident.» I tried to explain to him that it could be a problem and I was trying to help them out! He continued to deny any concern about the service or quality of the food at the restarant. My advice, there is a Fatz right down the road that is excellent, go there!

Don’t know why there are so many negative reviews. I have eaten here twice in the past three months and found the service to be prompt friendly and efficient. Food is standard Applebee’s

Service is okay as long as there is absolutely no crowd. On the day if our last visit a waitress slammed a tray of water/ice-filled cups down behind me as we were waiting to be seated. The tray flipped and spilled cold water all the way down the back of my pants. When I exclaimed(it was cold… and a shock… I couldn’t help it) the guy responsible for seating rolled his eyes and said«It’s JUST water»… no apology at all. Food was bad. Like«microwaved reheated» bad. This seems to be the norm.

My husband and I have been here multiple times in the past year. Food is average and tolerable, but the service is awful. Wait staff and bartenders are rude. Do not eat here if you are expecting a good meal.

Me and my husband came in to watch Tennessee football in their last game of the season. The game was during happy hour. I was very frustrated at first because our service was SOSLOW! But then we realized our poor waiter was doing EVERYTHING! he was working tables, being the bartender, and working car side. The manager just kind of stood around and watched. The servers whom were ALSO, not helping, were sitting at the best table to watch a game, having meal time. Its mid day – the best games were on and half of the servers were chilling having supper. Its a Saturday… if your restaurant is not packed on a Saturday night during football season… You need to check out what the problem is.

Met up with some friends who are also full-time RVers. They were staying at Pigeon Forge, TN. Was taking care of right away. The waitress did screw up my order with a quesadilla burger. Said she’d get my order to the chief and I could still have the meal she screwed up for free to take home or they would throw it away. I took it. Heck yes!!! Now I have lunch for tomorrow! I had the cowboy burger. Was excellent! My wife had the Asian Pine Burger. Said it was a little spicy, but she liked it. The music was at the right level, could hear it, but still could hear enough talking with our friends.

Typical chain restaurant, nothing special. Good service at the table, greeter needed to smile.

I ate here as I was traveling on business. I try to stay out of Applebees, but there were little options in this town. We sat at the bar where there was a group of off duty employees hanging out, drinking, running around the restaurant, and causing an overall nuisance. Half the staff was taking shots out of coffee mugs every 15 minutes. There was no hostess on duty. My steak tasted like beef jerky. That’s about it.
