Very tasty coffee, nice atmosphere. I had a 12oz latte with 2shots of espresso. Very reasonably priced also.
They also served coffee in actual cups of you were sitting in the restaurant which I always prefer.

I waited in line for 24 minutes for coffee and a ham & cheese croissant. Once I ordered the croissant took another 10 minutes. When I ordered my sandwich I asked the lady if she had any mustard or mayonnaise packets and she said no. After they made my sandwich and I had to go get it myself I asked the guy who made it if they had any mustard and mayo and he said yes? So I asked the lady, «When I asked if you had any mustard or mayo packets why did you say no?» She said, we don’t «because we don’t.» And rolled her eyes and walked off. I basically just wanted mustard and mayo and most people would think… hmmm maybe I should tell her we don’t have packets but we do have mayo and mustard in the back? This was the crappy kind of vibe I got from this place. not helpful, uninterested, I’m too busy. I think it probably stemmed from being understaffed, I watched 4 separate couples walk out because of the line. They only had two people working and it wasn’t working for anyone, especially not the customers. On the weekends or for events they need at least 2 dedicated baristas, 1 person preparing the food and 1 person running the dining room and cleaning off tables (which were all dirty). The back room we ate in had a full table of about 20 baskets of food lying around. The whole thing seemed mismanaged, it’s sad because it really could be a cute spot if thought out better. I won’t be back and from the comments I heard in the backroom I think keeping returning customers might be a problem. I don’t like writing negative reviews but this was a pretty bad experiences overall and I think the management/​owner should look into how they can improve. It’s all fixable. Thanks!

Great place to grab coffee or a smoothie. Environment in the coffee shop is welcoming and pleasant. I really enjoyed staying in the shop while my friend and I enjoyed our drinks. I would recommend this place to my friends and it as been a good experience.

Nice place on West Main with coffees of all type, limited seating, Carmel apple cider too. Downtown Greeneville Tn. a few deserts. Upbeat music. Nice fund as we traveled through. Cinnamon roles look tasty.
Italian style feel

Pretty nice place, good atmosphere. Coffee is great and reasonably priced. The food on the other hand was disappointing, soup was watery and only came with half a sandwitch. Not the place to go if your hungry. But then again it is a coffee shop.

Great coffee, wonderful service, wifi, lunch specials. All profits are given to charity.
