What I order from the website and what was actually delivered were significantly different. While they do indicate … «Substitution Policy: In the event your selection is unavailable, a substitute of comparable quality and value will be delivered.» … what was actually delivered, and what I paid for were so different that even their substitution policy didn’t prepare me for the vast discrepency.
Ok, but not likely to use again.

What wonderful people! The service and help has been great. Nice to know the owners work in the shop and see the orders through until the end… family owned business at it’s best!
