Had a great time in the woods this past weekend. It gets better and better every year as you learn what to expect.

No fire pits allowed but a good time nonetheless for festival goers. I wish they had a bit more space considering the size of the event but close quarters makes for an interesting experience.

Just got married at Camp Kee-Wanee this past weekend and what an amazing experience it was! Ron Wood, who runs the camp, was amazingly laid back and helpful. There didn’t seem to be any limits on what we could do to make the wedding truly our own. The Camp is basically a blank slate with a covered pavillion and picnic tables. There is a pool that we rented for two hours, which turned out to be a godsend! The lifeguard, Corey, was great and he didn’t let anyone drown, which is a plus! The camp site is absolutely enourmous and has some really beautiful spots. We chose to get married right on the banks of the Green River. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because the oven wasn’t working, which proved to be a problem since we had mac & cheese to bake. There was also some construction going on during the wedding, which wasn’t ideal, but not totally intrusive.
