Cousins Subs

I made an online order and submitted it at 543pm hoping to make it quick as I have a 3 yr old at home waiting patiently. Pick up time said 6:04pm. I live 5min away so i left at 6pm. When I got there, there were 3 people ahead of me. The cashier seemed a bit «slow» and he couldn’t answer general questions. There was one girl with an afro on board making sandwiches, taking her time and frequently standing around. When i finally made it up to the counter, the short female manager came out from behind the back and told the black girl on board that she needs to make «this» order and pointed to a receipt. I told the cashier my name for the call in and he called the manager up to help. Mind you its now 6:13pm. The manager grabbed the receipt that she just handed the black girl and said «oh did you get my msg? We don’t have that soup.» And i said «ok thats fine. So do i get a refund or. how does this work?» And she proceeded to hand me $ 1.06 in cash for the cost of the soup. $ 1 for soup??? Hell no. But I’m not about to argue. I just want my food. So i asked for the cups for my soda and the cashier looked confused and then looked for where they keep the cups. I filled up my 2 with soda and waited. Slowly but surely the 3 customers ahead of me got their food. 1 man with a whole chz steak, 1 woman on her lunch break with 2 turkey and another young man with a half chz steak (that all could’ve been made within 3min tops. my hubby worked for cousins in high school). They left at 620pm. As i continued to wait for my food (1 whole chicken cheddar, 1 half meatball & 1 half club) others came in, had issues with their order, weren’t told they were out of such and such bread, weren’t told they were out of soup (but the rest if us waiting knew since we already went through that process) there go more substitutions and refunds. Finally they called my name. It was 628pm. But oh, they forgot to make my fries. So i waited. Finally I got in my car. It was 634pm. A fricken HALF HOUR for 3 subs and some fries. These people should all be fired.
