Johnson and Dudley Property Management

While I have never use this property management company, a family member has. The experience that my family had with this organization was terrible. From the day they moved in until the day they moved out, there was not any customer service in anything they did. They did not respond to requests for maintenance. They did not respond to phone calls. The person that represents themselves to be the person over the property management area is too busy to call people back – or she is on vacation. The owner of the company has no idea how this area is run or they would not allow it. The only way the company would respond was to have the paperwork ready to go to small claims court. As information on this company was researched, it is obvious that this company has a very bad reputation with various offices in city government. They moment you mention this company name, it is amazing how quickly the people in city government department (s) react to and indicate they are all too familiar with this company – not in a positive way. Fortunately my family member is not longer renting from this group. They finally gave them the deposit back – well after the deadline in their lease. If you can’t find any other place to rent, be sure to document everything you tell them, request from them, etc. You will probably need it at some point.

You couldn’t pay ME to rent from this group again. The maintenance lady (I believe her name is Angie) is the ONLY reliable person who will answer your calls or call back. Haven’t heard from or back from the lady who rented us the home since the day we signed the lease. Maintenance issues NEVER were resolved by John Crawford services who will also receive a review from me. Still had a leaky faucet the day we moved out after countless calls. We had a mold issue which we had to fix ourselves because he never showed up and we were told by him it probably wasn’t mold… If you want a reliable landlord who will contact you if you have a question/​issue I strongly urge you to steer clear of this company. Once you’re signed into their lease you don’t hear from the til it’s time to sign again! So happy to be out and have a decent landlord.
