I had called S & S Heating & AC when my mother’s air conditioner was making a horrible noise back in August. It was evening when I contacted them so it was after hours and when most companies would immediately categorize the call as emergency hours. What was impressive is that the owner, Adam, was immediately concerned about the well being of my mother first, once it was known that she was a retiree. He wanted to make sure she was comfortable and if she needed immediate help. Once she described the noise she was hearing and the temperature in the house (luckily this was during some of the cooler days in August) they determined she would be okay through the night and he promised to come out first thing the next morning. He arrived when he said he would, assessed the problem and offered solutions that worked. Adam advised my mother that the motor on the unit should have been under warranty and the repair covered. The original company that installed the AC unit never informed her of this. The honesty, the quality of service and the care that Adam and S&S Heating & AC showed were greatly appreciated and we will continue to use their service.
