Seinberg helped me make little changes in my daily life (as well as my perspective) that i’ve been unable to make on my own. Turns out, these «little» changes turned out to be monumental. She helped me think more positively and to enjoy healthy happy, not dread them! A life changer.

Sara is genuinely into what she is promoting — she’s about being what she teaches. So doing a cleanse with Sara was awesome. The frame of having a group to do it with was also very useful. I felt really great and did learn about myself through the process of cleansing.

Sara is an incredible spirit full of authentic passion and love. She’s real and has helped me see the not just the value but the JOY of being real myself. She has made me a better coach and a better me!

For private coaching, Coach Seinberg is great. She got me on track with taking care of myself and attending to health issues and did not let me quit. She adjusted my thinking about a lot of things, from eating to exercise and many routine life habits, and became more of an all around «life coach» once I got some basics under control.
I’m headed into a third cleanse with Sara (these are separate from the one on one coaching, with a support group in place, fabulous recipes and meal plans, and one coaching session) and am very much looking forward to it. I did a 3 weeks cleanse with Sara at Seinberg Holistic Health and cannot rave enough about the experience and results! Sara has a very grounded and warm approach to her work and she is deeply inspiring as a person. Instead of feeling deprived and lacking, she made the time feel exciting and fun. My body did amazing things during this cleanse and my chronic insomnia totally disappeared. I’ve been sleeping soundly every since. The other thing that Sara helped me with that is HUGE is getting inspired in the kitchen. Like most people, I’m very busy and feel like I don’t have time to prepare food. Sara found mysterious and effective ways to get me past my stubborn beliefs that «I’m just not a kitchen person». She gave me simple but delicious and healthy recipes to follow. I really needed her to literally spell it out for me and she did so without any judgement. She just gave me solution after solution. I now cook for myself on a regular basis. This still feels like a miracle to me.
Sara has strong listening skills and excels at finding humor and light at nearly every turn. I trust her knowledge and approach to nutrition implicitly, so much so that I referred her to a friend who was having serious negative side effects from nearly a decade of taking anti-​depressants. She also suffered from unknown stomach and digestive problems that several doctors had tried to treat her for. My friend is now completely off of anti-​depressants and has completely recovered from her chronic stomach problems, which turned out to be from food allergies that Sara helped her discover! So amazing!
I will continue to seek nutritional guidance from Sara for myself and I can and will continue to refer her with great confidence to my friends, colleagues and family.

Before I hired Sara, I was smoking half a pack a day, and surviving on a diet of mostly skittles and beer when I was eating at all. I had tumbled far my mighty athletic peak and was rarely exercising.
I have now been quit smoking for six months, and made *huge* gains in my eating and exercise habits. Just finished polishing off a nice breakfast of eggs and kale after a run before writing this, as a matter of fact! I know it sounds like an info-​mercial for a miracle machine — but, dammit, Sara IS kind of a miracle machine!
Sara’s style is majorly supportive, never judgmental, yet she is still tough enough to push you when you need it. Hiring her was one of the smartest and best things I have ever done for myself.

Sara cares how you feel, body, mind and soul. She is enthusiastic about helping you recognize the things that are going well and making collaborative plans to help you move more strongly in that direction. She is passionate about food and how to make step-​by-​step choices to get the most from what you eat. And she is also a real person, walking on the dirty earth with everyone else and knows it’s all damn hard.
In short, she rules. And she’ll make you feel like you rule, too.
