Everyone who knows me knows I like a good bargain. I came here as a last resort because I needed a new purse. Everytime I come here I couldn’t find anything I would always go to the locations downtown or in Brookfield, but this time the shopping gods decided to send blessings my way. l dug through and i found this gem on the bottom of the clearance bin. The manager was nice to put on hold for me overnight because the lines were too long and I was in a hurry. The original price was $ 130 but I ended up paying *drumroll*$ 40 I will be back, l spotted another purse I wanted on my way out.

I like shopping here. Most of the time I do not end up purchasing anything because all though they do have some good deals, I personally don’t feel the deals are as good as they would like people to think. Anytime I have purchased something from here it has been in the clearance section because that’s the only section where I would consider something to be a good deal. I think I have purchased something from here 2 times in the past 3 years.
Also, when you’re walking around, the people working basically ignore you. If you’re lucky they will make eye contact but they don’t say hello at all. Maybe someone at the registers will say hello when you walk in but that’s only if they’re not currently helping someone else and they happen to see you come in.

Don’t be fooled by the fact that this location is in a deserted strip mall on a weird section of 76^th St — it’s a far superior Maxx to the one in Brookfield.
There’s a really large selection for both men & women, and the store itself is laid out attractively, lit decently and is clean. Items seem to be fairly well organized. As with any discounter, it helps to go without something specific in mind & be open to whatever they happen to have on hand.
Since this was a luggage search, I was pretty happy with their selection — good brands, a fairly deep selection and fair prices.

May not look pretty or be in the best location, but they have great stuff at great prices. From clothes to luggage, candles to tables, you just have to look around and come back often. There are great deals to be had with patience
