Went to the Greenfield location on Holmes due to the great reviews on this site. Julien was outstanding and fixed my IPAD in two hours, which I expected to take longer, since the screen was beyond damaged. I would definitely recommend!
After I posted the above review: I learned this evening that my 17 year old son walked in later this day with a broken IPHONE (it runs in the family) they were so helpful to him. He ended up not spending a dime at that location, based on their recommendation, where they could have taken advantage of him. I am overly impressed and I will be telling EVERYONE in the MKE area about them! I asked him how he learned about this place, since we had never discussed it before. He told him the Sprint guy recommended it.

I was traveling in Wisconsin, and crushed something inside my iPhone 6, not the screen, the screen didn’t crack, but the insides did. It completely stopped working, wouldn’t power up — nothing. Being from out of town I needed my phone, esp maps! I brought it in not expecting much, even tho they had been very friendly and reassuring in the phone. They had it working in 5 minutes! The permanent fix took about an hour, and they even threw in a fix to my front camera! Each member of the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but a special shout out to Alex. It cost about $ 180 but was worth it… AT&T’s solution was a new phone, with a new price tag and complete loss of all my photos, data, etc (and most likely a «back order» wait to boot)! Ubreakifix was a fast, affordable and convenient fix. Also they are open on Sunday’s.

The LCD went out on my Samsung Galaxy 3. Stopped by an hour before closing and they were able to replace it within 45 minutes! Now that is what I call great Customer Service by Mike and Mike!
I had visited this store one previous time with a dead Chromebook… they verified it was dead at no cost after taking their time to evaluate it.
If anything else breaks on me, this is where I will go… can’t beat the quick and honest service!

The screen/​LCD on my Note 3 cracked. Dang! I went to Sprint and they would only replace the whole phone. I did that once already, it took 9 days! But, I walked into UBREAKIFIX and they repaired my baby with a shiny new screen/​LCD in a little over an hour! AND they gave me a fabulous deal on an Otter Box and Screen Protector so my little Note doesn’t get damaged again from me putting him in my back pocket! A Special THANK YOU to Michael R. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and walked me through the process. I hope nothing goes wrong with my phone… but, if it does, I know EXACTLY where to go! Oh, I bought the Unilocal offer… It worked great saved me money… Fabulous!

I came in after I dropped and shattered my iPhone screen. It was the first time I had ever done so and wanted to get it fixed fast. So I googled for places to get it fixed, found Ubreakifix and got in my car and drove straight there without an appointment.
All employees were very helpful. They took a look at the phone and then checked other functions that could have been damaged by the fall. They told me my sound buttons were not working so I said well fix that too. Then the employee took the phone in back and came back out and said it was just a strange setting that was set that made the buttons not work. They easily could have «fixed» the buttons and charged me for it but instead were honest and saved me money on unnecessary repairs.
They fixed it while I waited and shortly after I was on my way. I highly recommend them.

The workers were very knowledgable, and extremely friendly. They were able to answer any question and made me feel okay with leaving my phone in their care.

I went in with a broken galaxy s4. I went in and found out repairing the phone would be a fraction of the cost to replace. Within an hour I had a new screen, works perfectly and looks factory new. Never worry about a cracked or broken screen again. It also helps that the staff was super friendly and professional.

I had excellent service here. My iphone screen was badly cracked and out of warranty. The Apple Store prices seemed obnoxious so I tried this place.
They told me it would take an hour. The job was done promptly and they charged me well under half what Apple would. The work was done over a week ago and my phone is functioning better than it was before the screen was cracked.
I’m very satisfied with this store and would happily go there again. I can also affirm this is my review and not one written by a store employee (which the East Side location seems to like doing). If you need a quick fix that won’t break the bank, this is the place to go.

Alex was awesome. Fixed my iPad mini with a broken screen in 45 minutes! I had the unfortunate experience of taking it to TEK365 where it remained broken for 2 weeks because they do not know what they are doing. Alex on the other hand knows his stuff and was very friendly and had reasonable prices! Don’t do what I did and take it to any other repair shop just take it to Alex he will take care of you!

pretty nice place. got my phone fixed here yesterday and they even price matched the other place i usually go to. had my phone done in 30 min. i was pleasantly surprised by the great service and really like the british guy Alex.
