Overview — This place stinks. Food 2⁄5 Customer Service 2⁄5 Ordered the cheese fries for $ 1 up charge and they were bland — very disappointing. Ordered BBQ& Garlic Parmesan wings and they were only ok. No wonder it was dead at noon on a Saturday. 2 teens were working and made no effort to give me wow customer service. I’ve been wanting to try Wing Stop for a while but this is a one and done.

Having been to other Wingstop’s before, this one disappointed me only because they had a poor choice of soda unlike the big machine on Miller Park Way. The store manager took our order and was quite helpful and nice. Now the wings tasted great and the celery was very fresh. But I took the fries back right away because they over salted them. They were corrected quickly. I would say park in the rear at this location to avoid 76th st. traffic. It is a nice addition to the ever growing 76th st. corridor.

Don’t bother. The employees are sullen and rude. My friend ordered only to have the employee(when she was already done ordering!) sigh and say, ‘I can’t do anything until you tell me your name.’ She then told my friend that she could use a coupon for chicken tenders instead of wings. When I ordered a few minutes later(with the same coupon), she told me that I had to order wings. When we asked questions about the menu, the employee barely responded. The food was decent, but there are no trash cans so we were unsure whether to just leave our trash on the table or bring it up to the counter. We weren’t given any napkins with our meal and the employees pretty much stared at us blankly when we requested napkins, a to go container, etc. My advice: use your coupon for free wings and then don’t go back.

I would have never known this Wingstop existed if it wasn’t for finding it on Unilocal. The outside with the white on cream signage doesn’t stick out very well. It was pretty busy with a lot of pick up orders and it seemed like the people dining in were second priority. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for the food but luckily the Packers game was on to keep me occupied. I went with the 8 piece boneless combo with original hot and cajun sauces, fries, ranch and bleu cheese(hard to choose just one) and subbed a Redd’s Apple Ale for the fountain drink since I don’t like soda. It’s cool that they serve some liquor here. Ended up getting 10 wings instead of 8… score! The wings were tasty but for being in their top 4 spiciest sauces, I didn’t really find them that spicy. I like a little burn when eating my wings but these just didn’t do it. Also, the cajun tasted very similar to the original hot with just a little more depth of seasoning. The fries were kind of a letdown since they weren’t hot and weren’t that crispy. The dipping sauces were on point though. If you were to pick just one I’d go with the bleu cheese. After looking online I see you can get different seasonings for the fries like parmesan or cajun… wish I woulda known.

Finally tried Wingstop this past Sunday evening after some volleyball up the street. I have to say, I was REALLY impressed! I’m extrememly happy that there is now a great wings place close to home, and it is even open late! I will definitely be making this spot a top option for dinner before my darts leagues this season. On this visit, I tried the traditional wings with half Hawaiian and half Korean BBQ. Both sauces were incredibly flavorful, and there was plenty of the sauce on each. I can’t wait to stop in again!

Fast food wings. Can’t say much more than that. Park in back and don’t drive directly onto 76th or face the wrath of terrible traffic.

The atmosphere is the same as the one on Miller park way. Food is actually faster since there it isn’t as crowded Miller park way. Above all, the worker’s are friendly and conversation starters.

I came here with my husband and we loved it. It looked like a small place where you ordered and then took your food home with you but the reality is that they have a lot of space. The atmosphere inside reminds me of a sports bar but the food is much better. They have their cooking time down to a science and their chicken is perfectly moist and cooked. The wait time is always 14 minutes from the moment they start your order and everything is made to order. The only negative thing about this place is their location. Unless you know it’s there, it is easy to pass up.
