I have been training at Suigetsu for many years — I keep coming back because of the supportive, family-​style atmosphere the school promotes. The Suigetsu philosophy strives to have everyone reach their personal best– I very much appreciate how the school accommodates so many types of people.
I started as a young teenager — I cannot stress enough the positive effect this dojo has had on my life! The teachers are exceptional, as they bring a long and wide range of experience to make each class interesting and engaging. The classes got me into shape and continue to keep me in good shape. Hakkoryu is a wonderful art, incorporating martial arts and healing together for a powerful skill-​set.
I highly recommend stopping by and trying out a class!

This place is awesome. I’ve been a student here for over a dozen years and I still love it. The instructors are world-​class, there are lots of special events, an excellent children’s program, a teen class, and a very challenging and rewarding curriculum; no «belt factory» here! This school has a real family atmosphere, and even students who have trained at other dojos have commented on it. It’s a great place for your whole family, and I highly recommend it!
