Had them come to look at a water run-​off problem in our backyard. We were prepared for digging, trenching, etc to take care of the problem. He did not even notice the run-​off came from two directions until my husband pointed it out — he was standing not two feet from the very visible evidence. He kept trying to say we needed to see if there was a problem with our underground pipe for our downspouts. We have never had a problem with them — no dirty water backs up into the gutters and overflows. But he wouldn’t be content with just giving his suggestion on fixing our problem. After about the third time that I told him we have no problem here, we need to tackle this run-​off problem in the yard, he just threw a temper tantrum. He said we could fix it ourselves and stalked out of the yard, slammed his car door and drove off. Seriously? All we could do was laugh. No skin off my nose. My money will go to someone who knows how to behave professionally.
