Addison Point

This was the worst rental experience we have ever had. After we had neighbors that threatened us one night because we were gay and that they were going to kill us, I went to the office and reported it. Instead of helping us work this situation out, we were instead accused of being racist against our African American neighbors and making it up. In turn the office allowed the neighbors to move away from us so that they were not uncomfortable around a gay couple. Since that experience we were targeted by the office and treated unfairly for the rest of our stay. Including extra charges for a broken microwave door handle that was broken when we moved in and had reported to the office. I guess we are making that up too. Do not rent from this property if you have any self respect.

I have been living here in one bedroom apartment for about 2 years now. I am very satisfied with it.
The staff members in office are always very helpful and kindly solve my issues ASAP. My neighbors are great. They are quiet and friendly.
The facilities are nice. I use the grills and gym a lot during the summer. They are always clean and in good condition.
If asked, I will recommend Addison Point to my friends.

Wonderful management
I moved to this place in the first week of February, and till now my living experience over here has been nothing but wonderful. The management and maintenance staff are awesome. Non-​emergency work orders are fulfilled the very next business day. For example, I required the bedroom door knob to be fixed and a tube light to be replaced… it was done the very next day. Another great relievement is the USPS/​UPS/​… package handling. I am at work till 5 and these packages arrive around 4. At the places where I used to live earlier, the package used to go back for 2 – 3 times and finally I had to personally go to the USPS/​UPS depot to pick it up because they cannot put the package outside my door without a sign. Here, the package goes to the management office, from where I can conveniently pick it up the next morning. They also put a note in your mailbox saying that my package has arrived and can be picked up from the office.
I live on the second floor and have booming THX certified 5.1 speakers for my computer. Just a small gripe, can’t play moderately loud music as I am on second floor. I’ve got a complaint from the resident below about it. I guess that’s the case for anyone living on second floor.
Overall the neighborhood is quiet, with nice people.
Important thing… got a nice 660sqft single bedroom at a VERY affordable rate.
