This location blatantly lied to me. I went into the store to upgrade my phone. The sales person and the manager told me that AT&T no longer did 2 year contracts; they now only offered the(much more expensive, a rip off) Next plan. I said I didn’t believe him, as I’d been told the same thing last year when upgrading a phone. All people gave me their word there was no option for a 2 year agreement, down payment plan on AT&T. I went one block down the road to the Apple Store, and within 20 minutes, had upgraded on the 2 year agreement plan. Furthermore, I called AT&T customer service, and found that they indeed had been lying. A terrible experience. If I hadn’t been grandfathered into the unlimited data plan, I’d already have left for Verizon.

I had to go into AT&T earlier to ask them a question about upgrading my phone and my account. They were very helpful and had all of the right answers for me. I would definitely recommend this store for anyone who needs help with their cellular service!

They messed up my bill. It took over three hours on the phone and about 2 hours on their Chat service to get things fixed. I hope they’re fixed, one never knows — I log on daily to see if they’ve changed what I owe. While you’re waiting for someone to take your call there is a loud and incessant voice trying to sell you even more services. Sometimes you get someone who is helpful, which is great, other times someone who thinks that just because the numbers on your bill add up to the total it must be correct. If you need to call them, make sure your phone’s battery is fully charged and block out a couple of hours. So sick of this company, their high prices and the unpleasantness of dealing with them. If another vendor had good coverage where I need it(and it’s coming, I hope) it wouldn’t take much to make me switch.

I was an At&t customer for over 10 years and honestly, I don’t even know where to start. I don’t want to write a long, overwhelming review because there were SO many problems. I stayed with At&t because I had a grandfathered unlimited plan, which they still ended up getting rid of without my knowledge. I spent hours on the phone each month and honestly hung up the phone crying on more than one occasion out of sheer frustration. JUSTDONOTGIVEANYOFYOURTIME, ENERGY or MONEY to this incompetent company! At&t and Friendly center customer service, horrible, rude, just as incompetent than the call centers. By the way, I have never written a bad review for a company, so that tells you how bad this is.

Obnoxious receptionist-arrogant, condescending and full of herself… Sales staff is concerned with one thing only-selling as many non-needed items/plans as possible. Sold us a phone that was off the shelves the next day and didn’t work when we brought it home-would not hold a charge. Purchased a different phone and rep would not even help download material from previous phone even tho all that was needed was to hook them up to a transfer device. This place is even more aggravating than purchasing a car. If AT&T had any sense, which it doesn’t, corporate would clean house at this location and start over with management and staff whose main concern is customer service instead of b.s. sales pitches and arrogant behavior. Thank goodness I found a different store that was helpful and courteous.

The worst !!! I Bought a 64G Iph 5C, along with many accessories, and according to my sales rep, a FREE mobile wifi was thrown into my package, with recommendation of increasing my data plan to 10G. Took me 1st month bill to realize $ 20/month extra was added to my bill for z mobile wifi, plus $ 184 deactivation fee!!! How slick is the Rep to omit that important info to me! I signed a contract on a electronic device. Count not read anything, but went by what he told me I was paying for! After numerous hrs of frustrating ph calls, they trade the wifi deal for an added line for my daughter. I got a 25% job discount … Which they were trying to tell me. It was paying for z free wifi … REALLY??? They said I was credited except z credit went to pay for the wifi deactivation fee!!! Another slick move! Cuz I traded the wifi like for my daughter line. Bill was still high, another rep trying to tell me. My daughter ph was $ 40 extra and the 25% job discount was what brought it down to $ 15. Well AT&T page specify $ 15 for an added like. «Sharing» I’m still dealing with z bill … It keeping going up and up, every month I’m making only another ph call! I will NEVER go there again !!
