Double gated so you don’t have to worry about your dog getting loose when greeting others. There are two large areas that are all securely fence in, both are for public use, but the main one people use is on the left. The right one is usually for skiddish or small/young dogs, unless there is some sort of event, which I’ve never seen. I usually hang my hammock and chill out while my dog plays, but do keep an eye on your dog. Please pick up after your dog, baggies are available, but be responsible and bring your own just in case. Always bring your own water bottle, just in case the doggy water fountain broke down again.(It happens but not all the time.) Children are allowed, but be warned, they will get knocked down, they could get bitten, there is no promise that all dogs are kid friendly.

No registration needed — just walk right in from the road through Country Park. The water fountains are extremely enthusiastic. There is a combination of open field and wooded area, and lots of seating available for dog owners. There is a recycling box, plenty of dog bags, and a lost-and-found.

My family and I absolutely love this place! We try to get our pups out here at least every other week. Love being able to socialize them with all the other beautiful pups and friendly owner. We are love to bike in the area and just recently started fishing :)!

This is an excellent addition to Country Park. It is nice to have an area of the city that dogs can run free. With leash laws the way they are, you cannot go wrong here. There are split areas for outgoing dogs to shy dogs or have different social needs. Treva mentioned an important distinction about this park. There is not any grass. Your dog will get at least dusty. I will say there was one time I went on a nice day, but it had been raining off and on for about a week before that. It was a muddy mess. Parts of it are shaded so there wasn’t much direct sun light to dry out the muddy clay. Take note of this before you make the trek over here. Treva also mentioned seating. Yes I would also advise you bring a chair that is easily broken down and carried, preferably with a shoulder strap. I would also bring any items your killer should need. I have a water bowl that twins as a container too. I also bring bags for cleanup if you know what I mean. Although most of the time, I make sure my killer goes before we show up here. Much like my review on Country Park, I am very happy to see that the people of Greensboro use this place. Very good use of tax money.

Our four-legged friends seem to really enjoy the bark park! If I’m not mistaken, it is the only park in Greensboro that is specifically for dogs. There are three enclosed areas for the dogs to run about. If your dog isn’t as friendly with the other dogs, there is an area for you to take them. There isn’t very much grass, so do not wear good clothes, they will get muddy. There are water fountains with bowls, some toys, and some seating areas. I would advise you to bring your own chairs, because the ones provided are mostly broken. Also, if you have any extra lawn chairs, feel free to donate!
