Baymont Inn And Suites Greensboro

Booked this hotel on the road while traveling with 2 young children and a friend. Requested a rollaway bed. Get here at 1130, oh we’re sorry we only have 2 rollaway sand they’re first come first serve. Ok even tho we booked it. I then ask for extra blankets and pillows for the person who now has to sleep on the floor… oh and we have no extra pillows. Seriously, shitty service

We booked this hotel on Priceline. We are very very very pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness and the cleanliness of the room. The front desk staff was super super friendly and outgoing and they upgraded us to a nicer room without even having to ask. The outside of the hotel as we approached it was very clean and well landscaped. The pool looks very inviting with two groups of people outside enjoying it. We chose it because of its price but are happy with its presentation. We have paid two times more and have gotten half of what we received here.

The hotel was not good at all I stayed at the one in eden nc and the room I was in had ants and then they did not want to move me so I called the costumer service number and then they moved me to a
Downgraded smoking room I do not smoke and also the second room had not been cleaned it had hairs on the bed and the sink was broken I ended up leaving necuase I came to get away from my kids I live 30 minutes from the hotel so I left and went home I’m working on getting a refund now and its a hassle the staff had attitude as soon as I came with a problem thee bed was super firm not comfortable and they allowed pets so I heard a dog barking all night the breakfast was bad not wht i was thinking it would be rhe pool was tiny and unclean and pavked full of people with omly a few xars in parking lot u would tjink not tht busy but noo it was packed the mini fridge in room took forevwr like overnight for anyrhing to be cold thanks for a horrible get away from my kids will not stay again

First off this hotel is in a shady area surrounded by other low class hotels. Should have known something was off when we approached the hotel and saw women in a tight outfit waiting on the corner selling something much?.
But we get inside the night manager Jason was friendly and super cool. He left the pool open after hours for people who ever wanted to get their dip on.
He gave us our room key and BAM, things started to go left
Just as we left the reception desk and headed down the super long hall way I felt like I was a smoke fest! (I don’t smoke) I get when u go to a hotel there are non smoking and smoking rooms but I don’t think it’s wise to put the smoking rooms right next to the reception area. My wife and I looked at each end other and just started praying for a clean room and not get bitten by any bed bugs or so we finally made it to the room and wtf. The sheets were dirty, blood stains from the previous guess soaked into the toilet seat. We had kids banging on our door then running down the hall. My wife and I look at each other and decided it was time to go.

Stayed here on a last minute trip to NC. Needed a cheap hotel FAST. The place is a little time worn… probably updated in the 80’s (or built then and never updated.) But it was clean and well kept. Our room was clean, the bathroom was clean. The halls and lobby were clean. The air conditioner worked and was quiet! Staff was friendly. Breakfast was the typical: lobby waffles (husband and son love lobby waffles!), cold cereal, oatmeal packets, juice, milk, bananas, and yogurt and frozen breakfast sandwiches. These last items were in a below counter fridge that most people didn’t see. Coffee was better than average. Didn’t get to use the pool as it wasn’t opened yet, but the pool area also looked well maintained. Multitudes of restaurants within walking distance. We travel to Greensboro a few times a year, always booking through Priceline so always a different hotel. For a last minute budget hotel, this place was pretty good… and very good considering the price I paid!
